• Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person for inappropriate behaviour, intoxication, or failure to comply with venue rules.

 

 

3. Ticketing & Bookings

 

• All ticket purchases, booth bookings, and reservations are non-refundable unless required by Australian Consumer Law.

• Tickets must be purchased through our authorised platforms only.

• Booth bookings require a deposit, which is non-refundable.

• Full payment must be made by the agreed time or the booking may be cancelled.

 

 

4. Booth & Event Policies

 

• Booths are available for a set duration unless otherwise agreed.

• Guests must comply with the venue’s dress code and conduct policies.

• Outside food, beverages, and illicit substances are strictly prohibited.

• Management reserves the right to reallocate or cancel bookings at its discretion.

 

 

5. Marketing & Promotions

 

• By purchasing tickets, booking a booth, or signing up for our marketing list, you consent to receive event updates, promotions, and offers from STAMINA.
